Our latest project in the upscale North Shore suburbs of Chicago is an impeccable blend of contemporary and transitional styles celebrates the breathtaking location, stunning views, remarkable architecture, and the refined tastes of our discerning clients. This was a turnkey activation: showcasing our team’s expertise in comprehensive design, construction, project management, and furnishings.
Within a 2,200-square-foot space, our primary objective was to seamlessly marry functionality the existing building infrastructure. Inspired by our client’s travels and the backdrop of Lake Michigan, the design team carefully select warm, textural, and natural materials with hints of blue hues.

The focal point of this project is the expansive open living, kitchen, and dining area, designed with seamless transitions between the versatile spaces. Strategically chosen chandeliers from brands like Arteriors and Visual Comfort elegantly define each area, while the living area is centered by sleek sofas from Krafat.
The kitchen, adorned with quality walnut cabinetry and accented by specialty decorative hardware, seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern functionality. Subzero, Wolf, Miele, Bosch, and KitchenAid appliances have been thoughtfully integrated into the space, ensuring a seamless balance of efficiency and visual allure.
