Design-Build Condo Renovation

A return client selected Centaur Interiors to perform a full renovation for a 3,400-square-foot condominium located on the Chicago River with an amazing southeast view of the city. The remodeled space embodies sophistication and elegance, with an open kitchen layout consisting of a mixture of wood and lacquer materials. A large chandelier is the centerpiece of the kitchen, accenting its gray and white color scheme. The intricate contemporary design scheme continues throughout 3.5 bathrooms, with the master bath highlighted by a freestanding tub and floating glass partition to keep the open feel of the space.
