COLLECTOR’S HOME

Our latest project high above the city on the 55th floor of One Bennett Park is a refined, full-scale transformation that captures both the elegance of the building and the individuality of our clients. Encompassing 5,130 square feet, this turnkey renovation and furnishing project reimagines condominium living through thoughtful space planning, elevated materiality, and seamless integration of technology. The result is a home that feels deeply personal while embracing the sophistication of the Chicago skyline.

A defining move in this residence was the strategic reconfiguration of key spaces. We modified the existing plan to introduce a custom, climate-controlled wine cellar—designed as both a functional feature and an architectural focal point. The primary bathroom was also transformed, with a renewed aesthetic rooted in custom stonework, tailored millwork, and upgraded plumbing fixtures that elevate everyday rituals into a spa-like experience. Throughout the public spaces, bespoke millwork and stone details create cohesion and quiet drama, layering warmth and texture into each space.

BESPOKE MILLWORK AND STONE DETAILS CREATE COHESION AND QUIET DRAMA, LAYERING WARMTH AND TEXTURE INTO EACH SPACE.

Technology and craftsmanship work hand in hand throughout the home. In partnership with Digital Living, we customized the automation system to seamlessly control lighting, window treatments, speakers, and media—ensuring the environment adapts effortlessly to both daily living and entertaining. In the dining room, hand-painted wallpaper from Porter Teleo pairs with a striking textural sculpture by Nicholas Hernandez, bringing depth and artistry to the space. A bespoke sectional from E Studio Furnishings anchors the main living area, layered with a lush alpaca and brass rug from Erden that wraps the home in subtle warmth. Our team curated and installed all furnishings, art, accessories, and home essentials, delivering a fully realized residence that feels polished, intentional, and ready to live in from day one.
