Every detail of this home balances drama and restraint—where millwork and architectural elements are designed as artwork in their own right, and minimal, clean-lined backdrops allow the client’s art collection to take center stage. The result is a turnkey transformation that merges striking design with livable comfort.

A key design move was reimagining the home’s flow. What was once a bulky, closed-off staircase dividing the main level has been replaced with an open plan that stretches the full length of the first floor. This openness, layered with thoughtfully placed architectural details and furnishings, creates an engaging rhythm of sightlines and spaces. The finished home offers an elevated yet inviting environment—one that feels both expansive and richly personal.

In the living room, a striking Porcelanosa slab above the fireplace serves as a backdrop for the showstopping Tom Dixon chandelier, custom Kush rug, and carefully curated furnishings.
